We will store all the personal information you provide to register for our download area in a database on our secure (password, and firewall protected) servers, hosted in the United States with Media Temple, inc. Media Temple's privacy policy is available at http://mediatemple.net/company/legal/privacy.php.  We use salesforce.com to track and manage new customer enquires and any data sent to us in connection with a new customer enquiry will also be stored securely with salesforce.com.  A copy of their privacy policy is available at http://www.salesforce.com/company/privacy/. We use Zendesk to track and manager customer service orders and trouble tickets and any 'Customer Data' created, modified, and/or deleted by our customers on this website using our help desk application is also stored securely with Zendesk. Zendesk's privacy policy is available at http://www.zendesk.com/company/privacy. 'Customer Data' may also be sent from Zendesk to our hosted requirements, issues, tasks and bug tracking application Jira hosted securely with Atlassian. Atlassian's privacy policy is available at http://www.atlassian.com/about/privacy.jsp.  Data stored on these servers may be transmitted and stored on our computers located in the countries in which we operate. Of course, data transmission over the Internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

 

Your rights
