...What have been the highlights of 2011 for you and frog?

2011 has been an intense and fascinating year for frog in many ways. Our work has been hugely impacted by the pervasiveness of technology and its power to change people's lives: connectivity has become one of the most exciting frontiers in almost every industry, and we've been fortunate to create innovative work that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare, finance, retail, and media. We've also grown frog to over 1600 people, added exceptional talent including engineering expertise and opened new locations in South Africa, Ukraine and India.

Beyond our work for clients, frog continues to invest in social innovation initiatives working with partners like UNICEF and Movirtu. I personally had the pleasure to engage actively with the World Economic Forum to rethink personal data as a new economic "asset class", generating new value ecosystems for businesses and their customers alike.
