MXShare is a patent pending virtual mobile phone system which when installed in the core of a mobile network enables people who cannot afford to buy a handset to make and receive calls and SMSs virtually using other people's phones. The system requires no special handsets, SIM cards, or additional client software; it works instantly on all mobile handsets available today in Sub-Sahara Africa and South Asia.

M-KADITM
M-KADI ("M" for "Mobile" and "Kadi" is the Swahili word for "Card") is the name for the phone card that is launched by mobile operators using the MXShare platform. People can buy, or be given free of charge under certain circumstances, an M-KADI from a payphone agent or from an airtime voucher vendor. M-KADI is literally a "mobile card", a paper card with an individual fully functioning mobile phone number written on it.
The functionality that the person now has access to is very similar to that they would have received if they had purchased a SIM only solution; however the subscriber does not have the complication of swapping SIMs in phones, or having to carry around a SIM card which can be easily lost or stolen or the privacy issues of leaving information on a borrowed handset. For the mobile operator, they can launch the service with much lower distribution costs than could be achieved before. Not only does the system enable real time communication when the subscriber is logged in, but the system also manages the subscriber's offline activity, tracking missed calls, sending notification alerts to friends or nearby village phone operators.
SharepaidTM
Sharepaid (as opposed to Prepaid or Postpaid) is the name of our patent pending service which can be launched by a mobile operator using MXShare and M-KADIs. As standard the phone sharer using Sharepaid (alternatively Share-paidTM) always receives a credi as a thank you for sharing, either a one-off fixed amount or a percentage of the cost of the call or transaction as an incentive to share the handset.
Sharepaid enables people in the poor communities in Sub-Sahara Africa and South Asia to be connected. It helps them access jobs and raise incomes, access information subscription services, and access family members working away from home in an affordable and easy to use manner.
